  Dr. Tony Evans is one of the country’s most respected leaders in evangelical circles. He is a pastor, best-selling author and frequent speaker at Bible conferences and seminars throughout the nation. Dr. Evans has served as the senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship for 40 years, witnessing its growth from ten people in 1976 to now over 10,000 congregants with 100 plus ministries. I Dr. Evans also serves as president of The Urban Alternative, a national ministry that seeks to restore hope and transform lives through the proclamation and application of the Word of God. His daily radio broadcast, The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans, can be heard on nearly 1,000 radio outlets throughout the United States and in more than 130 countries. Dr. Evans has authored over 100 books, booklets and Bible studies including Kingdom Man, Oneness Embraced, The Kingdom Agenda, Marriage Matters and Victory in Spiritual Warfare. Dr. Evans serves as chaplain for the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, a ministry he has done for over 30 years. He is also the former chaplain for the Dallas Cowboys. Through his local church and national ministry, Dr. Evans has set in motion a Kingdom Agenda philosophy of ministry that teaches God’s comprehensive rule over every area of life as demonstrated through the individual, family, church and society. Dr. Tony Evans is married to Lois, his wife and ministry partner of over 40 years. They are the proud parents of four, grandparents of twelve and great-grandparents of one.

  President and Founder, One Conversation

  John Meador has served as senior pastor of First Baptist Church Euless since 2006. He is passionate about the Word of God and committed to teaching it creatively because he loves to watch it transform lives. Under his leadership, First Euless has become an intergenerational, multi-ethnic and mission-focused church. His compassionate heart and vision have shaped a church that reaches into the community through ministries like 6Stones Mission Network and all over the world, impacting nations such as Cuba, Columbia, Tanzania and India.   John preached the 2014 SBC Convention Message in Baltimore and was President of the 2016 SBC Pastor’s Conference in St. Louis. He possesses a contagious compassion to help other pastors have a plan to share the Gospel.  In 2014, he created “Can We Talk?”, a conversational Gospel sharing method that's now finding widespread favor across the nation.  Shortly after, he founded One Conversation, whose purpose is to challenge and train pastors to lead and equip people to share the Gospel in their everyday life.  "Can We Talk?" and One Conversation are kindling Gospel movements by reigniting a passion for Gospel conversations. The organization has trained more than 400 pastors and equipped thousands in 16 states nationally.

  Executive Director

  Matt Tyson serves as Executive Director of One Conversation (OCI). He is passionate about helping pastors and believes that this begins by encouraging pastors as a friend. He firmly believes the future of the world depends on the average believer being able to proclaim the message of the Gospel. An ordained minister called to spread the Gospel, Matt, is a former veteran of the healthcare revenue and finance sector. His résumé includes over 20 years of executive leadership, operations and consulting experience in the for-profit arena.  Prior to his formal call to ministry, Matt served in many lay roles at his home church, First Baptist Church-Euless. His key desire is for the lost to find life in the exceptional grace that is only offered through Christ. He’s often encouraging others to “Anticipate His good”, and firmly believes in doing his part with excellence while relying on God for the rest. Matt has enjoyed a widening opportunity to preach in several states through the One Conversation conference schedule as well as regularly equipping pastors and leaders in India. Matt and his beloved wife Sarah have been married for 20 years and are parents of 3 daughters. He loves sports, the great outdoors, woodworking, guns and Texas BBQ.
